Worse than this application and customer service I have ever met in my life. They promise to increase your website speed: my website speed has dropped by 20 points and customer service is still looking for a solution to this problem. It's been 3 days already. They don't have enough technical skills. Very disappointed!

App doesn't work as expected. The template feature for the SEO is not working at all. I submitted a support ticket one week ago and there has been no response except the request for access.
I have tried installing this app twice on my store now and in both cases I had nothing but trouble. Even now I still have the remnants of this app cluttering up my theme with lots of code staying behind in my theme, which does not get removed upon uninstalling the app. And even more, it actually affect my customer experience since it throws up a "google-site-verification"string onto all of my webpages, in clear view of my customers. No matter what we have tried, we cannot get rid of it. And I do not even understand why it is there in the first place since my site is verified through GTM, GA and html tag. So why this string for a totally unnecessary html file verification? And how do we get rid of this eyesore? And how do we get rid of the at least 10 snippet files still kicking around without impacting our store? Plus how do I know that there is not any redundant code embedded in other parts of my code, creating the issues that I face? NOT GOOD!

Not at all helpful. Decreased the speed score & even the basic things are under pro plan which is not at all good for starting stores

A few days after installation and activation, my store speed started to fall under average. I followed the removal steps hoping to restore my store speed to before but to no avail :( Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for everyone.

after i installed and tried it. it didn't really speed up my website.. then when i uninstalled. it got so much slower than before i even installed it.. it will ruin your site... fake reviews i should say!!!!! how did you guys got 4.9????

We have Speed up function and other features to boost your speed like Lazy loading, Minification, Instant Page.
In your case, I suppose that the functions are not properly implemented in your store yet.

Be aware and stay away!
We installed this app and tried automatic improvement for page speed as well as some other automatic functions. The next day our SEO ranking dropped with over 2000 positions down, cathatstrophical for us and after contact with Avada they claim that this is not something that has to do with the changes the app did.
We did no other changes and our SEO score is still at this bad level even after trying to invert the changes made.
I wish we would have stayed far away from this app.

As mentioned in the feedback, the ranking dropped 1000 positions in your keywords after one day of using our app. I would love to ask for more information to investigate the issue wisely.
1/ What target keywords do you see a decrease in the ranking? What pages(s) are you referring to? We appreciate it if you let us know which tool and how you measure the ranking. The more information we have, the faster we can do to find out the root of the issue.
2/ Our app has two main benefits: optimize store speed (instantly) and ranking (long term). That said, rarely, the ranking drops badly after a night due to an application installed. Note that it takes 3-5 days for Google to index any change made on your site. There are still possible causes, and it is great to have your collaboration to find out exactly the culprit!
We are seeking your help to do a full audit to diagnose the problem and repair the process to ensure you won't have to go through anything like this again. I'm confident your next experience with our employees will be up to the high standard that you've come to expect from Avada.

This App made my website messy, and I looked for the help. But the service was inefficient, so that I could only replace my theme at last.
I uninstalled the theme because this app caused the theme to crash.
Numerous .aio files need to be removed and code modified after uninstallation.
