I needed help with switching AI translate from one language to another and the customer support was quick and efficient with helping me solve the issue

I have worked with T Lab and the Sherpas Design team for an extremely long time now and both their app and team have been phenomenal. The app is intuitive and easy to use but the best part is their team. I have made many custom requests and asked plenty of questions about how to do things in the app and they have delivered on all my inquiries well.

Highly recommended! The support is very cooperative, helpful and responds fast! All team memebers from Stoycho to Marina are very helpful!

I am just starting my journey with T Lab. And right at the beginning needed help with a couple of things...1. customer service replied straight away. 2. Stoycho was super friendly and had a prompt answer on everything i asked (and i asked a lot:)) 3. He gave great advice on the "how to" 4. I felt like somebody cared! We are setting up a multilingual Shopify store from the Netherlands and chose T Lab to handle translations. Although we haven’t started translating yet, the setup process has been smooth and the support team, especially Marina and Stoycho, has been outstanding: fast, helpful, and clear.

So far, a very promising start.
