Tried Gelato based on a recommendation, but the platform didn’t quite meet my expectations. The layout feels a bit clunky, and some of the features aren’t as intuitive as I’d like. Making small edits to existing products or navigating between sections took more time than expected. It works, but I found myself second-guessing simple steps more than I should on a business tool. Hoping future updates make it smoother to use.

Tried Gelato hoping for an easy setup, but the platform feels clunky and confusing. Navigation isn’t intuitive, and basic tasks like updating products or making changes take way more time than they should. The system seems buggy at times, which just adds to the frustration. Definitely not the smooth experience I expected.

It has been a pleasure learning how to use this app to start an apparel store with Shopify. The integration has been easy and I enjoy the personalization feature.

I have been using Gelato for my POD store. I really like the ease of setting up product. They have a very nice flow from beginning to end. I really like that I can see very nicely the colors I'm choosing for the mockups. Nice variety of mockups and templates. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Excellent app the only thing I would like being able to add different paper to current item for example if I could just copy it and just select a new paper for a new item.

i left a messed up review and they still contacted me and gave me the info to correct the application when they didnt have to. It works well. They even reached out to be sure that the fix was working. Thanks.

Gelato? More like melted ice cream—looks good at first, but quickly turns into a mess. The platform is full of surprises (not the good kind), with bugs that pop up like uninvited guests at a party. Features seem to be added without much testing, so expect some fun adventures in 'why isn't this working today?' land. If you enjoy troubleshooting more than selling, this might be the app for you! Otherwise, you might want to grab a real gelato and find a smoother solution elsewhere.

I agree with the bad reviews. The customer service is quite terrible. Our customers wouldn't receive their orders and Gelato refuses to refund them referring to their "refund" policy. One order got cancelled because they were missing one size of a T-Shirt. However, instead of refunding the order to our credit card, they gave us a credit note on account that is not being used when orders are automatically created - wtf...

The most annoying though is that most of the print products are not great quality. Very thin paper. The calendars are printed on both sides of the paper so that you can see through the pages. The posters are very thin... not great feedback from customers.

We are going to stop using their service, mostly due to annoying customer support that is nor friendly and rather contra productive.

After using it for around 30 days, I would say it is not really worth it. Very high prices, low quality and bad support.

One of the best POD companies to go with. They have international shipping with tons locations world wide. High quality mockups, good prices and quality goods.
