Growave's customer support is very responsive and solves any issue easily. I can't say enough about their support. The app is rather easy to use and serves most of our needs except the Reviews feature. We are hoping the newly required upgrade will produce additional value to our business.

The app is very versatile, multi-functional and easy to use. The support is great and extremely responsive. I just started using the app and had a few problems with the way I wanted to use the app, the Growave team was very quick to resolve my own 'workflow' problem which required customization. There are many, many... apps out there to choose from these days and it can be confusing to select the right one which many have overlapping functionality. I've started to trust the feedback/reviews of all these apps which are based on 'real' customer experiences. The Growave app has both of what store owners should look for: 1) simple, effective functionality and 2) Support, Support, Support!
