Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Brilliant work guys. Within 1 week, i got so many reviews which my previously used app was not able to get. Super excited to explore this app & how it will improve our business.

Having moved over from Judge.Me because of frustrations with performance and customer service, the difference was immediately apparent with Loox. Set-up is easy, the widgets look great, but most of all I received excellent customer support in setting up my account - particular praise should go to Tal, who replied promptly to each query and was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful - he deserves recognition for going above and beyond to help me.

Super easy to use, and I find it brings a lot of customer reviews in compared to other review apps. Plus I love how modern and user friendly it is for the customers and also the widgets on the website.

So far I give it a 4 only do to the initial response time from customer service. I requested assistance and got a response right away, but my case was escalated and I didn’t hear back for days. I needed to make a decision and move forward. However, once I was out into contact with Sara F. And Rotem, they were very helpful and timely in their responses. 5 stars for the reviews already coming in and their assistance, but I do think there is room for improvements based on ability to customize without having to go through support. - so that is why 4 stars.

Was using a competitor and couldn't get a good answer on the lack of reviews coming in. So I made the switch to Loox and got an instant uplift in the number and frequency of reviews. Looking forward to seeing how the Upsell function adds value too.

Arielle done an amazing job and was a very helpful person. I had a couple problems with reviews not showing but Arielle was incredible and helped me resolve this issue promptly.

Loox is easy to install and they even email us to keep us updated on ways to make our experience even better.

I am very satisfied with the customer support! I was asking for help to transfer reviews between different stores, and Tal, the Technical Support Engineer has been very patient and nice to help! Without him, I may think to transfer to other review app instead of Loox

In just a week, Loox has collected more reviews than my last review app did in a year. Definitely recommend!

Very good app and excellent support! Well done, team!
However I would really appreciate if one could skip the "add photo step" completely in the review form - when you are in the health business and only sell digital services it is kind of confusing for the customer. :)
