Loox is hands down one of the best apps you can add to your store. The app is amazing and the support too, quick, helpful, and always ready to solve any issue. You have a lot of widgets to show on your website, which makes it super flexible and customizable. From photo reviews to pop-ups and carousels, everything looks clean and professional.

Social proof is the most important thing in e-commerce, and Loox helps build that trust with ease. It’s user-friendly, powerful, and delivers real results. Highly recommended for anyone serious about growing their brand and boosting conversions.

We were having issues with flavor variant emails being sent out, and Ken S. from Loox support walked me through marking certain products for "NOREVIEW". This helped us ensure that our products were getting reviewed as a category (rather than individual variants) and made our LOOX reviews look much better & organized.

I moved over to Loox from another review service a while back and the experience has been very smooth ever since. Everything is pretty straightforward and the extra features are great. I needed some help implementing custom code snippets into my theme and Shany took care of it in no time.

The only thing that I would like to see improved at the moment is their relatively new smart upsell feature. The metrics interface is limited and there are minimal options for tweaking.
