The app is very useful and has streamlined the process of uploading items to Walmart.com. The app does have some hiccups and new issues every now and then, mainly when Walmart.com has new listing updates and requirements. The support is very fast. Joy B was especially helpful. Joy B gets five stars! If you ever have issues and need support ask for Joy B.
Currently syncing 3 marketplaces, working on the 4th.
The experience varies a bit from marketplace to marketplace but, overall the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to.
4 stars vs 5 because, in a few short months, I've had to open at least two support tickets for odd glitches (bulk templating not working in Target, inventory sync switched to 'off' in Amazon) that cannot be explained. Needless to say, it makes me jittery: inventory sync problems across platforms are a serious concern. Hoping the team improves the app over time.
We're using it to import our FBM orders and to keep FBM inventory up-to-date on Amazon, and it does a decent job of that. However, it's a little clunky and I've had mixed experiences with Support (some were very helpful, others provided completely the wrong information).
Sometimes the app is a bit slow and the mobile view could be optimized but in the end of the day, the app works as it should with no complaints + the support is always super helpful. It saves so much time and efford!
The app is absolutely brilliant and does its job perfectly without costing you a fortune or draining your wallet, which is such a refreshing change. While there are a few minor teething issues that you might come across here and there, the customer support experience more than makes up for it. In particular, Jeff Avila from support went above and beyond to help resolve any problems I encountered quickly and efficiently.
This app can take a bit of time to get used to and is slow to load, but it gets the job done. Support is excellent. Adrian successfully helped me out with a very specific issue that I was having.
Great, but Walmart doesn't connect well with this App! You have to keep logging in and dealing with them directly!
Shopify connect is a great fit for smaller retailers or if you have a smaller product range, larger product ranges might have some teething issues and you might have to work hard to get through them with their support team, but at its core it is a very effective tool for managing your listings and does have some clever tricks that other apps have yet to figure out how to achieve.

They offer great support however the categories are quite confusing to setup and attributes are not exactly similar to Amazon. It would help if there was a detailed guide or info bullets. Also preset values would be of great help. You will need some assistance if you want to sync products to Amazon. The app does publishes faster than if you would directly publish on Amazon.
Had a few issues loading onto eBay, but the support via live chat was excellent - 10/10.
One of the down sides with the app is that the slider panel on bulk edit is quite sensitive and not ideal when you use a track pad, as I do.
It also can be quire slow to load.
Howver, it has removed a lot of the faff that you'd normally have to deal with on eBay, so all in all, recommended.
