The new version has been stable, and I’ve noticed some small additional features that are helpful, such as compact text. Also, the hover and focus stage are also more responsive and work as expected which is great. The support team has been very responsive and always resolves my issues, a shoutout to Hai Linh espeically. There are not many technical problems nowadays, and I’m looking forward to the next generation of the editor. However, I kindly request that the impact on the online version be minimized during system upgrades.

The functionality is incredibly powerful, offering everything I need to create stunning, customized pages with ease. What really stands out, though, is the amazing support from the help team. The staff has been super helpful, going above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed guidance.

After about 6 or 7 months of using PageFly, I had my first issue with a new landing page. I opened up a chat and was connected with Elias about 30-seconds later. After a brief description of the issue, Elias had the page fixed within 5-minutes. Fantastic support!

This Has Been an Absolute Disaster – I Want a Full Refund

My experience with PageFly has been beyond disappointing — it has been a complete nightmare.

Let me be very clear: this is one of the most dysfunctional, broken, and unreliable platforms I’ve ever worked with. The software crashes, features don’t work as promised, RTL (right-to-left) support is broken, popups fail to load, and the entire system feels unstable and poorly developed.

I lost valuable time and money trying to fix the damage your platform caused. Not only was my landing page broken after following your guidelines, but I had to fix it myself because your customer support is shockingly unhelpful, painfully slow, and completely lacking in professionalism or understanding of actual web functionality.

Instead of resolving anything, your team dragged things out, gave me vague replies, ignored key details, and wasted days — all while I was trying to run a business.

At this point, your software has done more harm than good. It’s clear your team is not prepared to deliver real support, and your product is not ready for serious use.

I demand a full refund for the amount I paid.
If you refuse to take responsibility, I will not hesitate to take legal action and escalate this matter publicly — through consumer protection platforms and legal channels. I have full documentation of the issue and the poor support I received.

You have lost my trust completely, and I strongly advise others to stay away from PageFly.

The support I got to get set up and build my first custom home page was incredible! I have literally been chatting for like 3hrs and they helped me through the process. I am no expert and normally page builders tie me in knots. I get so confused with terms etc. So I am very happy

i was skeptical about the app because i didn't know how to navigate all the options; however, i reached out to the live chat and was so happy i did because they were able to instantly help me with every question and task i had. i provided screens shots of what i wanted to do and they replied back with screen shots on how to do it. i was so happy that i ended up doing more than i initially intended on doing lol. highly recommend!

Honestly Really helpful application gives you so much customization options with a relatively easy learning curve.
Also the 24/7 support that actually fixes things for you by editing the website is a god send cannot recommend this enough!!
