Everything went smooth. Suproteek is very knowledgable on the onboarding and implementation process. We understand everything as easy as possible. No issues at all in terms of communication and instructions.
It's been a nightmare. Their fullfilment is almost double of what you see on shopify. In addition they lost packages at their wearhosue. The worst part is that often their orders are not going out 2 or 3 days after fulfillment. I am getting inventory out right now. Read all the negative reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Not wroth it. And all support is in India via email. Don't do it.

Suproteek has been a great help overall. He was able to walk us through the entire process seamlessly and take us step by step through learning Shipbob.

I’ve been using ShipBob for over a year now, and honestly, I’ve had nothing but problems. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I feel like this one is necessary.
The biggest issue for me has been their support team. I’d open a ticket about an issue, they’d tell me it’s fixed, and then the same thing would happen again a few days later. For example, my TikTok Shop orders weren’t syncing properly, and there were constant SKU problems. This went on for over a month before it was finally resolved. Then, once that got sorted, shipping updates stopped syncing to TikTok, so I had to manually update them myself. It’s just one thing after another.
On top of that, I was told shipping costs would be between $7–$9, but I’ve been charged way more than that multiple times. And today, I had a customer receive the wrong color product entirely! It’s always these little things that add up, and I’m beyond frustrated.
After I finish this bulk order, I’m switching to another shipping company. ShipBob charges way too much for the level of service they provide. I really hope they can figure things out for other customers, but I’m done.
I also forgot to mention i always get duty fees in the mail and packages always get lost when i ship them to my models.
Suproteek was very helpful to make sure everything was integrated successfully. It was a seamless and stress free experience!
Don’t use ShipBob if you want to sell in the UK.
They have blocked my orders for two months now, due to re review of duty paid (which we have shared documentation for).
We missed out on Black Friday and Christmas sales and it’s destroying our small company.
I respect the need for compliance, but it’s been two months since we sent documentation and ShipBob has stopped responding. Unacceptable.
Manas was extremely helpful. He should really get a promotion or a raise! It was one of the best support experience I had in a long time.
