It was a lovely app until they decided to update it, my templates didn't transfer over easily as promised, all I got was blank documents and now the 'old' version isn't working properly, I give up, I have now deleted the app and found another one that was very easy to set up.

Cant use customer notes in new shopify order printer. Please allow this variable.
It's bad. Nothing to add every other review pointed it out too.
The fact that the print date is the invoice date by default speaks volumes towards the effort the programmers made creating this mess....
Suddently cant not be used, and our templete just gone
Sick and tired that they keep changing the software without consideration of the customer's needs! Just leave as it was! I should not get another app to get your app to work! Our POS receipts are all over the place and not as before! So frustrating! :-(

en faisant la mise à jour indiquée, on perd ses modèles , Order Printer n'est meme pas capable de coordonner le prix payé par le client et les factures sont en format paysage , impossible de retrouver les factures telles qu'elles avaient ete réglées , une Catastrophe

As the deadline is coming due what are we suppose to do about this bad product?
My order page was perfect. And I do mean PERFECT !! What am I suppose to do with this mess that you have created?
I am not a programmer and paid someone to create my order page. Do I now have to pay him again to fix this mess that you have created?
I was proud of my order page and will now be ashamed to include this mess with my orders. I can't believe that you would be pushing a product that has a 2.1 overall rating. Does this mean that you guys are going downhill?
Your new product is uncommonly bad. It doesn't total the products. It doesn't have a place field for my logo.

After the many bad reviews, with bad comments that the templates cannot be imported or are difficult to import, they have worked on it and sent an info mail that it now works with a click. It worked now perfectly. In less than 5 minutes the new app and templates were installed. Working perfectly for over a month. Then it was removed from "more actions" to "print" and now it cannot be edited anymore. So it became completly useless!
