The attendant Lisa cleared up all the doubts I had when I contacted support.
Lisa went above and beyond. She provided guidance on resolving an issue related to the referral program.
Regarding my experience with Smile.io's programs, I don't have enough insight to provide feedback yet.
I joined the company a month ago and am just starting to use the program and monitor the indicators now.

We are just installing this program so have to provide feedback on success in about 8-12 weeks but I can already say that the customer support has been very helpful so far.

The app is easy to navigate, you can tailor it to best suit your website, but some portion you won't be able to which is fine with me. But with their customer service is quick and helpful. Shelby has help me navigate and find out why my customer wasn't getting her point and I was able to adjust it and explain to my customer the reason why. I would recommend for others who want to start on loyalty program on their website.
I first got the app and thought, "this is good." Because it was. BUT, stop taking my money bro. It makes it hard enough running a business with only so little cash. I can't burn It on a loyalty program. I would appreciate either lowering your costs or giving more benefits to people. But all in all not bad.

It would be nice to have more option on nudges for customers to redeem points at checkout without having to upgrade plans.

Je recommande vraiment cette application pour commencer votre programme de fidélité sur Shopify. Petit bémol pour notre prochaine migration avec Brevo, pas prise en compte (seul Mailchimp) dommage.

If I was just reviewing the customer service and troubleshooting/help I just received from Shelby then it would be 10* (seriously, I can't express how grateful I am for her help because without it I would have given up and just taken the hit and removed Smile.io completely rather than deal with the tech issue!), however it seems like I'm reviewing the whole app and my experience so far is that if you're not amazingly tech-savvy (I'm reasonably adept) then it takes a while to get your head around the intricacies. Overall, fantastic support and I have very little to complain about considering that I'm currently using the free plan which gives a great 'basic' offering plus unfaultable customer service. I'm looking forward to understanding Smile.io more and hopefully it won't be long until we're able to upgrade to the better paid plans.

Usable as a free option but the upgrade price is insane. Nearly a full year of shopify per month cost is insane (base plan is still more than shopify eahc month) for a small business doing small sales. Extremely easy to abuse and manipulate - I had a customer make multiple accounts and fake share and all the points were given every time. The 'tasks' are not real so this does not feel like you are getting the return for the customer to get their points. The free perks are nice enough, but I was looking for another option as soon as I could after the manipulation issue.
