I like this business idea a lot. But sadly, the app has too many limitations. I can't edit images, add new ones, change titles, change vendor, etc. I decided to uninstall the app, because, simply putting it, I just can't do business like this. It is a very good idea, with very serious limitations.
This would be a dream solution had it not been for the company's extortionate shipping fees outside of the UK. To send a print abroad costs as much as the actual print (around £25-£30). They strive to be carbon neutral by using companies like DHL GoGreen and Green Courier, which is very commendable, but they will lose a lot of customers who simply will not or cannot pay this much to ship a piece of printed artwork. When their competitors do this for a fraction of the cost there's no contest. On top of that, they charge 20% extra for their dropshipping service. We would have to charge between £85-£100 per poster in order to make any profit. With prices like that we could simply not compete with our competitors. I really hope this company will reconsider their shopping fees and let their CUSTOMERS choose which shipping option they prefer to use.
Hi DIRT & GLORY,
Our print prices are lower than competitors who make Fine Art products. The thing is that we are not a poster printer, we make fine art prints. There is a huge difference in quality between posters and fine art prints. I understand if you sell posters that fine art printing would seem expensive to you, but it makes no sense to compare our prices to the prices of a completely different product.
Also your quote of our delivery costs is not accurate, and not extortionate. We use express couriers only to countries where delivery would otherwise be slow and would impact the brand of the artists who we fulfil for. Those artists do charge the right prices for the original creative and distinctive art that they create, and their margins are excellent, and they get lots of repeat business because the delivery is reliable and fast.
It just depends what area of the market you exist in. All areas of the market are valid but it is a bit naive to expect every company to cater for your area of the market and to criticise them inaccurately when they don't. We are predominately a social commerce agency catering for rising star and established artists on Instagram and other social media and we make products that fit their end of the market.

p.s. We are 100% carbon neutral, since 2019. Again, the brands of our artists matters. Their work should not have a negative impact on the planet. This does not affect our prices, we pay for this out of our margin
Awful app with next to no customer support.
Sneaky cost increases, and ZERO shipping cost integration within the webstore are reasons alone not to use it.
But coupled with an inability to accurately conduct an order search (I can't find several active orders because the site only shows the history for 2022 and earlier), and I've hit the absolute wall.
I've LOST money thanks to their lack of transparency - I've cancelled all orders, and will be issuing chargebacks as it's just not even close to an acceptable level of service.
Hi Lucas,
We publish up to the minute pricing data on all our websites and help centres. When you set up the product in your store we display the cost right there, and when you make a sale we immediately send an email giving you the exact cost of what you will be charged for fulfilment. We do everything we can to keep our pricing fully transparent.
Our app has 100% accurate shipping cost integration. On import we create shipping profiles in your Shopify store.
Your entire orders can be found in your art store settings section of the app and step-by-step guides to this and other frequently asked questions can be found on our help centre.
If you do decide to get in touch with our 7 days-a-week helpful customer service, we can investigate what went on here.

I can't fault these guys. Hi quality product delivered quickly and efficiently. They're not cheap but I don't want cheap, nor do my customers.
I've been using these guys from their early days and their print quality has always been top notch. They are are also quick to resolve any problems.
Once I got my head around the app integration it's reasonably straight forward, my only hiccup was integrating all the different shipping profiles to the different products. The Creative Hub were very quick to assist when I emailed though.
Some people have criticised the shipping prices, which I understand. Its £65+ plus to send a A4 print to Australia. But I also understand that they need to use a reputable and reliable company to ensure quick and safe delivery. My customer's order reached Australia impressively quick. Personally, I'm happy to absorb some of the shipping costs in return for a fast, professional service with peace of mind for me, but that does mean a much smaller profit when selling to North America and beyond. I haven't worked out a way to resolve this as yet.
So I'm giving a 4 star review. Excellent all round but the shipping prices do make selling low priced prints beyond Europe unworkable.
Installed the app to my shopify store, created an account, tried uploading files on multiple occasions and it didn't work. Not sure what I did wrong, but I uninstalled because couldn't even get past the setup point.
Hi Megan, I have checked your account - the issue is that your files are corrupted thus we cannot process them. Please contact customer support on info@theprintspace.co.uk and we can help guide you.
I use this app for some of my deliveries and it is fantastic ... 100% reliable and extremely quick. The whole process is efficient and intuitive. Basically, I never have to worry and it saves a whole heap of time. If I've ever had a query, it's dealt with super fast. Love these guys!
Fantastic! All works perfectly and the prints are amazing! Gives me all the freedom and security I need to create more.
I love creativehub. Printing is great quality, the service is super friendly and very professional and delivery is amazingly fast. This app is life changing
I've been using the app for just over a year and it's been such a great tool to automate my print sales. In the past I used to dread being asked to sell a print as the process was really tedious and time-consuming. It took a while to set up the shopify store, but now all orders are automated meaning I just get notified when an order is received and it gets fulfilled automatically by The Print Space. A lot of my orders have been to Europe and the US, so them having a branch in Germany has been a godsend. The set up can be a little challenging at first, but once you've done it a few times it's really not that hard. The Print Space are also always very quick to help out on the phone or over chat/email so you won't be going it alone.
I'm sure, its hard to find better app. Print quality is great, fast print and delivery, very professionally packaged, amazing service. Highly recommended!
I've been using the creativehub app in my store (to sell Giclee prints) for 1.5 years now and it's been a great experience! It was really easy to set up. The only thing I need to do is to put the tracking code I receive from theprintspace (once they ship) into the order. The customer service is also brilliant. I've had about 2-3 packages gone missing over the past 1.5 years, and theprintspace has always send a replacement, didn't make an issue over it. Would definitely recommend!
Perfect app, works like a charm and helps fulfill orders while you sleep. Very smooth experience. Defo recommend.
Amazing service, print quality is great, fast print and delivery, very professionally packaged, holographic certificates of authenticity, and, no small thing, the customer support is top-notch. Highly recommended!
The idea behind this app is great, it is exactly what I was looking for: high quality prints with limited edition control, certificates of authenticity and as seamless as possible in terms of being print on demand. Unfortunately in reality the print quality is terrible, the certificate of authenticity looks like a high school project piece and definitely not fitting with a "high end" and limited edition style store. I took the file I printed with them down to my local cheap printing (like costco or a similar supermarket) and the print I got back (exactly the same file) was far better quality than what creativehub sent me. There were scratch marks and white dots on the creative hub print, none on the locally printed one. I really want to like this app, but I've spent way too much time and money trying to make it work properly. It need to sync both ways, if a title is changed in shopify, it needs to be reflected in creativehub. There are so many flaws in this system still unfortunately.
Allows me to easily manage manufacture and dispatch of orders with no challenges. Very high quality. Bring on more marketplace integrations!
So streamline and easy to use! Would highly recommend to any up and coming artists looking to sell their work.
creativehub has been an excellent platform to support print sales for our exhibitors. The platform is intuitive, easy to set up and manage options. It has provided a very positive experience for us, our photographers and for purchasers. Order fulfillment has been accurate and prompt.
Seemless!...ive now spent alkl day trying to order tetst prints...no one answers the phone and the online helps takes hours to answer? So I still havnt managed to order as the system says there's an error call us. Not a great experience at all so far, which was not waht I expected?
I’ve been selling prints with creativehub for the past 9 months or so and I could not recommend them enough. The quality of the prints are fantastic, they are shipped to my customers anywhere in the world for only £6 and their customer service is phenomenal. Everything is done automatically from when I get the order through to the customer receiving the print, which I love. Thank you creativehub :)
Fantastic app and service which has transformed the way in which I'm able to run my online art gallery.
I spent a long time researching and investigating drop-shipping services for printing, but found the other services out there (printful et al) simply do not offer the quality, shipping speed, level of detail (certificates of authenticity, custom-branded labels on packaging etc) and customer service I require for the service I offer. As well as this they're cost effective with an unbeatable flat rate on global shipping, this in itself has made a huge difference to how I've been able to grow my sales. With creativehub the print quality, shipping speed and after-sales are simply head and shoulders above anyone else. I regularly get responses from extremely happy buyers, and as such would now not outsource the printing and fulfilment to anyone else.
There were a few intermittent niggles with the first generation of the app, the newest version seems to have ironed these out and now runs really smoothly. I have to give additional props to the helpful staff and print team in the London studio who always go above and beyond to solve any issues and answer questions. Thank you!
Bravo creativehub!
This app, in theory, provides a really great service! Fine Art printing and a global shipping solution for artists with Shopify stores. The printing quality is really great and the flat fee global shipping is amazing!
However, the app itself is buggy and will without doubt corrupt your store. By duplicating products, re-ordering variants, proliferating "broken image" thumbnails throughout your catalog and not updating basic changes (like new paper sizes, prices, and editions), this app will keep you busy all day just trying to clean the mess. And then, to add insult to injury, it will show random products as being Sold Out (which isn't great if your objective is to sell these products!) Basically, any change you make within the app will trigger a destructive knock-on effect in your store. The technical support is poor and under-resourced so don't expect any help when you need it (and you'll need it a lot).
It's a great shame that not enough resources have been allocated to the development and support of this app as I believe it has (had) massive potential.
My advice; stay well clear of this app until at least the next version (or ten) rolls out. It's simply not worth the headaches.
sorry we were having some issues, we have fixed all known bugs now, so if you could please retry we are confident you will be happy.
Nice app. It gives me a lot of choices. As a personal choice I would like to see some aboriginal art
So far, this app seems great! I've been looking for a service like this for a while now. I ordered the paper samples and the small book which were both very useful. The team at theprintspace are very professional and incredibly helpful. I've ordered a print sample from their site. Very happy indeed :)
As others here have noted, the art here is very unimpressive. Do better. Also, the app is buggy. I made numerous failed attempts to upload different sizes and file types of logos, none of which were accepted, and a useless cryptic error message was given. The tech support department wasn't much help either. We're moving on to greener pastures.
I was going to use this app but Decided not to I don't have anything against us app at all just not for my website
I used this app to integrate with my website, so that I have my own Printshop which allows customers to check out through Shopify.
I can leave printing in the very capable hands of Printspace, leaving me to do what I do best whist the customer is looked after.
Thank you for a great service and a great customer service too. Your help was required and you gave great advice, it is very much appreciated. Thank you for everything.
Have been declined twice at this moment in time as far as the Art Catalogue section of this App goes and in hindsight it has been for very right reasons. My shop hasn't been ready for taking on such awesome Artwork. I mean the idea of being able to sync up your store with beautiful images created by high profile artists that you can print on demand as Giclee prints while taking a commission is absolutely mind blowing for me! So one would like to explore this part of the app but at this moment all that comes up is an error message.
As far as selling your own Art goes this App has worked perfectly. The first delivery turned up within 24 hours.
Customer services has been spot on so far. Instant replies almost...
Very cool concept! Only firm offering a service like this on Shopify!
O, FYI not all of us are supercilious fine art geeks!
I’ve had a ganders at the Art Catalogue on the web browser a slight bit and my first thoughts are that it does need updating. But at the end of the day If somone was to tell me you have to go and sell a hand full of sand to some Arabs and your life depended on it i would sell that sand as if it was the best thing since sliced bread and I would sell it for over the asking price. ♂️
My point I’m trying to make is even if We only had 3 or 4 options of artwork to choose from that would be enough to set a high brow print on demand company flying....
I installed the App in my store about a week ago in the final stages of setting up my shop. I was so impressed at how smoothly the App linked to my store and by the back up from CreativeHub. I opened the store yesterday and am already selling ...customers have said how easy it is to use and that's the benchmark for me. Chapeau, Creative Hub.
Just installed it and exploring the possibilities. Glad I found this great app. This is what I was looking for.
Overall it was really straight forward to use this app. Really happy so far.
Everything seems in good hands.
I have run a successful online gallery for many years and in all my time, creativehub's app is exactly what I have been longing for; print-on-demand art sales of the highest quality!
So far the app has worked well, even with my gallery specific requirements there have been few instances where the app does not meet my requirements. The discovery of this app has encouraged me to create a new gallery focusing on photography with the intention of just using the app!
I really want to like this product. I really want to be able to use it my shop. But wow.. The available art is awful.. Just horrible.. Horrendous.. and I don't even know if those adjectives correctly describe just how bad the selection is. Just to be clear, let's go for inelegant and meaningless and ugly as additional adjectives. I guess I should add some clarification on what I was hoping to find. That would be color harmony, some form of beauty presented in a meaningful way, interesting colorblock abstracts, black and white line drawings or black ink illustrations, and anything botanical or flower themed. Just all around generally crowd pleasing stuff really. The eiffel tower as viewed by someone on acid is not art. "F-you" on valentine candy is definitely not art. And these 2 examples are just the tip of the dirty oil-spill iceberg surrounded by ocean pollution (so to speak). Unless the definition of art can include a photograph of a toilet seat, my shoe rack, and perhaps even my vacuum cleaner, oh, and maybe even the untrimmed weeds in my backyard. I honestly don't want to be harsh. I just really wanted to be able to use this app. Truly. I am actually still in a state of shock by the selection...
I'm putting together a shopify site for a group of artists and in general I find the app works well, once you have done all the information on the creative hub end it transporst well to the shopify site. The particular item I and the others like is the room view with the image in place, so if they can develop this more it can only help sales, as most people out there have no concept of how the art might look on the wall. There have been one or two glitches here and there otherwise would have given 5 stars. Creative Hub are very quick to respond, and I know that the print quality is unmatched. I also have my own cartoon work on a similar site, for those remotley interested the sites are www.looksgoodonthewall.com and www.pauldaviescartoons.online
both use the creative hub and shopify. All pretty good really!
This is such a good idea - it means I don't need to order or store large numbers of prints or have the hassle of packaging and posting them. It's a fairly new app and has had some teething problems, but most of these seem to have been ironed out now and the Printspace do seem to be genuinely listening to customer feedback and taking it on board.
Brilliant for uploading and selling my photography prints, but currently I have problems with the vendor choice because it's not showing the vendor which the theprintspace uses anymore and also it never saves my changes to a product.
Brillant for uploading and selling my photography prints. Especially that I am away from home a lot. Customer service is excellent!
There is a ton of beautiful artwork and the app is very easy to use. Everything is easy to find and clearly displayed
Great stuff. Very simple to use. Upload images to your Hub account and they populate immediately in your products list. There’s one tiny, tiny thing that would be a bonus, which would be to be able to set your own product codes, but completely understand that would mean their print job numbering system would go out of whack. Maybe if there was an extra field, or ‘customer product’ number alias. But that’s really minor. Works well, provided you understand the app is purely a link to connect shopify to your Hub account (like most shopify apps). Ordering system is very simple for both you and the customer, and very reasonable, delivery wise. £6 per order, anywhere in the world. Also a very helpful bunch of people. Recommended.
Really useful way to arrange for printing and dispatch for clients buying from our website. The guys at Print Space are very helpful and responsive to queries and issues during set up. They have a very good understanding of the issues facing artists starting out selling work on line and provide any advice they can. A brilliant all round service.
Great prints and service! Seems like a really useful app so far to sell prints through shopify.
I've done some test prints and the print quality and shipping was very good.
It was one of the best options to use from within Australia, as the international shipping rates are lower than other competitors.
I'd recommend the Creativehub for stores with a smaller range. There's a limit on the options you can add for each product (aspect ratio, print types).
Like others have mentioned, there are some missing features which would make it perfect for stores with more complicated ranges. Hopefully they'll be added in the future.
intuitive and easy to use, a natural progression from the printspace's already established photographers' shop window. . and . . . good setup support

Very useful friendly app for uploading and selling photography prints. Customer service is excelent!
This very slick App is great for artists to reach buyers and curators to sell digital art online. I have just installed it and I'm knocked out with the professional help I had talking me through the simple process. Thanks Printspace team.

Nice unique app however there is a lot of room for improvement. It is a new app so I hope to see more options and tools added to it in near future.
They have very fast customer service response (hope it stays this way). :)
