DSers helps out a lot regarding my products. It simplifies life by a WHOLE lot. But the real gem is their support service. I had a little problem, and in a live chat with Fiona in 5 minutes, it was sent out to be resolved by the tech team. Outstanding support and very fast and effective. Glad I installed this app. I don't care how nice an app is, if their support isn't good, then the overall rating is not going to be good in my opinion. Thanks a lot for your help Fiona throughout my little problem!

I really appreciate Zico for helping me resolving many issues in Shopify Dsers integration and checkout. The team is always available and very helpful.. I'd had to contact DSers a couple of times for issues with my items. First time, the connection got lost but I received an email from the agent to describe how to solve the problem. Second time, Chloe was wonderful!! She stayed on the line with me until I understood where the issues were resulting from. I even tried to push an item while she was still helping me and it worked perfectly. She was very patient with me too...

I called the Help Chat for a couple of reasons. The accounts I have with Dsers and Aliexpress were required my authorization so the platform Dsers could update their records/files. Whatever the computer threw at me I was not coming out favorably. I needed help so I got on the chat line with KIMI from Dsers and from there she helped me get my account back to the proper setup needed and answered most of my ion Questions in and around the Dsers and Aliexpress. I had one other experience on this help chat line and found no issues with the tech helping me then. I felt that it was a successful encounter then and same with now. I would have liked to have a bit more time today so I could get all of questions answered but it was not in the cards for me. These lines can be a tad bit slow so I thought the connection needed a bit more speed. At the end of the day still questions remain unanswered but I am confident the information I needed will find its way to me.
