I am going with three stars (originally 2) simply because their chat support tried to help. I have been using this SEO app for sometime and my SEO has gotten worse. I find out my meta descriptions are 249 or more and not 160 or less. I have the app controlling all of this. Needless to say I will be shopping for a new SEO app immediately. Tier 2 support is going to look at my site but they need time to review. This app made me feel great like every thing was going well, only to find out it is in fact not..

I was asked to review the app but have just set it up, so I am still waiting for an opinion. However, this review is to answer 2 parts.
App and support
1. App so far 3 stars for Ease of use of the application to set up. I am more than confident that once I'm using the app full-time it will be a 5-star for sure
2. Support needs a 5-star rating as Yaci was fantastic! I hope the rest of the team is as good. I would highlight more about Yaci and customer services except I'm paranoid I was talking to an AI bot so I won't go on about the Excellence! of the service Yaci provided.

Last time it synced auto was 12 months ago. Supposed to sync everyday and was not doing that. Hopefully it will start working.
This app will not optimize images unless you pay for the premium package. Been using this app for a while now on the $29.99 a month plan. Will be getting a new app due to images.
New to the app and haven't had it long enough to produce any results but great customer service and prompt.
If you work with videos that are implemented in the Meta Tag of the image line beyond the product you may not enjoy the use of the software as it, clear to understand deletes the youtube link out of the alt image description. So it was a one time service I thank for all images now have a tagging but I had to delete the software afterwards as I always linke image 4 with a youtube symbol to a video that has the link inside the alt tag and this was deleted again and again by the software. As said clear to understand. I asked for an idea how to maybe exclude the last image of each product image lane but was told to use another mail forum. I gave up then as I think I will not need the program anymore and to be honest, do not like the monthly fee software things anyone out there tries to pack on you. A one time payment for a good software is okay, also update fees but today each small app wants you to get aboard with a steady payment. However the free plan may be good for those who want to have their images sublined... which is nice but not that exciting and helpful as announced in my eyes...
